Particles going through certain blocks (RTX Beta) (Razzlecore)

Particles like rain, particles from broken blocks and potion particles appear as if they are on top of a block. These blocks include: slime blocks, honey blocks, glass, banners and the hollow parts of doors and trapdoors.
