Hopper Minecart despawns after importing/exporting world.

I constantly transfer my world from a laptop to a desktop via USB. Both are running the latest version of Minecraft Windows 10 and Windows.  

Today I logged in on my Laptop after using the desktop and found that all of my hopper minecarts had despawned.
