Can’t download

I have just purchased some tokens costing me $27 in this hard time for my sons birthday present and when we went to download the packs they will not download now I have restarted the game and re signed in to Microsoft delete game data did what ever I could now this is really upsetting me cause my 6 year old can’t even play his game that he was so excited to play and it’s been a waste of money!!!!
