spazzing visual glitch mentally straining

During gameplay, whenever I move my point of view, the screen spazzes, as if it were vibrating rapidly. This occurs for me most often when I turn my head, almost every time I turn my head. Causes me motion sickness, epilepsy, nausea, headaches, mental strain. Please fix because this may be the reason I stop playing.
