I can't play the game because it is stuck at "Syncing User Data."

Whenever I try to load up Minecraft on my Xbox 1, and there is a screen that shows up saying, "Syncing User Data. This will take a few moments..." And the screen is like that and it doesn't change. The bars on the bottom move, but the screen is still stuck on that screen, and whenever I press, "cancel," it just gets stuck at the background screen as it rotates and nothing changes.
