Minecraft RTX Beta - Texture problem

Hello. 

When playing the RTX Beta, I noticed that there is a texture problem. When I turn my vision to another position, i see some kind of covering pass through my screen quickly. I managed to took a screenshot. This is what it looks like. Look at the left part of the image, you can see these weird pixelated things.
