Error Number -9

I can't log into my Microsoft account. I get "Error Number -9" and "We tried to sign you into your Microsoft account but something went wrong." This has been happening for over a month now and I can't access any of my skins or texture packs anymore because of this. My Microsoft account works everywhere else except on Minecraft PS4.
