Issue When Attempting to Import Addons that differentiate from Marketplace

When You attempt to download an add-on from somewhere elsewhere then the Marketplace, (Lets say MCPEDL for example) The pack always comes up with an error message with the exact same error description every time. I cannot confirm if it is a issue with my operating system. A screenshot of the issue is attached, I marked this as private since the location of the file is displayed in the output log.
