Soul fire shows in normal fire color for a split second

Summary:
When you ignite a block of soul sand or soul soil with fire, it shows normal fire for a split second before switching to blue.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a block of soul sand.
2. With a flint and steel tap the top of it.

You'll notice that it shows yellow/orange fire for a split second then it switches to blue afterwards.
