Nether sprouts texture and function is bugged

When nether sprouts are broken in survival, it will drop an invisible item and when held will show nothing, the texture in the inventory is a zoomed in image of a spawn egg. When dropped the item will stay in the inventory until force dropped thru death or by dragging it off the screen. Also the item in not in the nature catagory as it should be
