Fire won't spread and phantoms don't stop spawning

Fire doesn't spread when you light a tree on fire it won't spread throughout the tree and rain doesn't extinguish it. Also lightning struck the ground and the fire has been there for days. Also sleeping won't reset phantoms and it won't reset thunderstorms
