Soul Campfire produces as much light as a regular Campfire

Soul Campfires are supposed to produce less light, but they don't. Every other soul item behaves as expected.

In case it wasn't clear in the picture, I put colored wool by each campfire to mark which one is which. Light blue is soul, and orange is normal obviously.
