The game crashes every time I try to connect to Xbox live

When I click "sign in" I enter a page that tells me about to which account I created to enter and for a not even a second and then it crashes and return to Minecraft again like nothing happened, this problem happened to me several times and I would like to ask with all my respect, that can you fix it please🙏
