Piston+redstone+Chest Duplication Glitch

So there's this glitch that has been out for a long time. And it even works on servers that haven't realised this issue already. It's all over youtube and people abuse it to get OP items and merge enchantments incredibly easily.  How you do it: You need 1 sticky piston. 3 repeaters, 3 Redstone and a button. The images provided below is how you lay it out. If you are perfect at timing, you can take an item out of the chest as soon as the piston moves it. Resulting in the item being in both of your inventory and the chest. Again. the image below shows that I duped a trident. A lot of people use it for servers and abuse it to become 'the top player.' 

 

Sorry if this isn't enough info for you to sort it out. I don't even know if you can fix it but i guess all you can say is if you do this glitch your just ruining the game for yourself and others.
