Nether Portal Glitch

If you do certain things (e.g. eat something) while traveling thorugh a nether portal will teleport to a wrong location.

:)What should happen:

Teleport in the overworld/nether to the portal's coords except x8 (multiplied or divided, depending on the dimension)

:(What actually happens:

You teleport to the exact same coords in the other dimension.
