Minecraft player animation frozen

On Xbox one S and Xbox one in all updates the player animation is frozen in multiplayer and split screen sometimes. They appear to be hovering around. Also if the player is wearing armour it will be in the wrong place on on a different angle. In addition, if the player swims their armour will appear to vanish.
