Imported skins from mobile not transferring to ps4 correctly

On my mobile Samsung tablet, I applied a custom skin file to my Microsoft account with the intention of being able to use it once I signed in onto PlayStation 4. When I move onto my PS4 and sign into my Microsoft account, the skin will not be the imported skin from my mobile device, yet when I applied a skin on PS4 it appeared when I switched back to mobile. The issue is likely as a result of two different versions, as my mobile device's Minecraft is on the beta whereas on my PlayStation it is on v1.14.60
