fuzzy textures

In the events of flying very high, say, above a flat world, and if the player looks down at the ground, from a high Y axis, the ground will appear fuzzy, and unattractive. The fuzziness applies to ALL blocks and this happens even with the setting, "Beautiful Graphics" active.
