Character Skin Keeps Changing Back to Default Skins

On Minecraft Bedrock Edition the paid skins that I equip and save will switch back into the Default Skins (Steve for example) whenever you start the Minecraft application back up. This usually happen when I log back in after a day. This is a frequently occurring bug.
