My game crashes when I respawn

Well I'll keep it simple, I was playing on a realm and I fell off the End Island, I was so mad I didn't tap "respawn" I just closed the game, so whenever I try to rejoin the realm my game instantly crashes. Before my game crashes, I just see the sky without any chunks loaded. It's really been frustrating me, I've tried to leave the realm and rejoin countless times but it keeps crashing.
