Using bone meal on crimson/warped nylium does not spread sprouts/roots/fungi to grass and other blocks

Summary:
Using bone meal on crimson/warped nylium does not spread sprouts/roots/fungi to grass blocks/podzol/coarse dirt/dirt.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place crimson/warped nylium next to grass blocks/podzol/coarse dirt/dirt
2. Use bone meal on the nylium

Observed Results:
The sprouts/roots/fungi do not spread to the blocks.

Expected Results:
They should spread to the blocks, just like in Java Edition.
