Either corrupted world or not fully synced, wont allow me to delete or go in world

A randomly copied world has appeared and won't allow me to go in or delete the world, says it is not fully in sync or has been corrupted.

 

Expected result: 

no randomly copied worlds that don't allow me to delete or go into the world.

 

Actual result:

won't allow me to go in or delete world that has been either corrupted or not fully synced 

how to reproduce 

1 make a world 

2 make some copies of the world

3 bug might appear or might not

 

this may be an intermediate bug but can affect people from different places
