Ghasts can't aim properly

Ghasts can't shoot correctly at you as they have a terrible aim that makes them shoot right above your head. That makes ghasts a semi-peacefull mob that the player doesn't need to mess with. Also ghasts can't see you sometimes eventhought you might be 10 blocks appart.
