Creeper sign glitch

As far as I know. (To my testing) This glitch only works on bedrock edition/windows 10 edition/ Minecraft PE. If you go into a sign and start typing and a creeper blows you up, It forces you out of the sign edit but your cursor, hotbar, and health and hunger dissapear until you restart your world
