Sometimes the custom skin part says "No photos or videos "

So when I go to the custom skin chooser the little window that opens up sometimes says "No photos or videos" I've tried opening and closing that window but it gives me the same result it's annoying me because the custom skins are a way for me to get other skins because I don't have any mine coins.Thank you for reading this and I love Minecraft so much.
