Mob Glitches Stop me and my friend from playing the game properly

Im on my friends world on xbox one bedrock edition and ever since the latest hotfix all the mobs seem to be glitched. For example, we can no longer milk the cows and the horses saddles seem to have just dissapeared as if they are untamed however they still have their armour. Furthermore, we can no longer ride the horses even though we have attempted to retame them. In addition, the cats that my friend has tamed have gone red and blue (the colour of their collars) and they run away whenever he goes near them as if they were untamed.
