Skins/Realms/Servers not Loading Properly

Whenever I open Minecraft (both my iPhone XR and Minecraft are On the latest software) there's about a 1/3 chance of it loading properly (fully loading skins, servers, realms and marketplace without any issues). Half of the time that it doesn't work, it switches to default skins, realms/featured servers don't show up at all and the marketplace doesn't load. The other half is that servers and skins load, but Realms doesn't.

I love playing this game, and I have for several years, but it sucks to have to reload the app 2 or 3 times to be able to use the Paid Features of the app. I would love for this to be fixed in a hot fix or in a bigger update. As long as it's fixed I'll be happy.
