my game crashes whilest im playing so i have to restart the game and sometimess it doesnt save what i have done cos of it

my game crashes whilst im playing the game causing me to restart the game and that leads to loosing some of the things I have done also causing inconvenience cos when im playing with friends I have toleave all the time and its not inconvenient s I would like it to stop doing that please
