Failed to sync user data. it keeps loading but does not open the game

My name is jesus hernandez goatherd and today he won't let me enter minecraft on my xbox one, he keeps syncing user data but nothing happens, previously a week ago I erased a world too and it disappeared from my console and the cloud, I want to know what is the reason why the screen stays like this and does not open the game.
