Villagers wont take the doors that lead to their workstation

Villagers are not taking the designated path to their workstations. For example, if a fisherman has a barrel to the left of his house and their's a door on his right side, he will stand on the left wall near the barrel. Eventually, he loses his profession and then gains it back again but does not go to the barrel at all
