Villagers not breeding, not accepting trades.

Villagers in breeders have all stopped working on our realm. 2 days ago, both breeders were working fine, some lava fell into a baby villager collection area in the nether and about 10 babies died. Now none of the breeders work, and any blank villagers will not assign to a bed or accept a trade.
