Player one remote disconnects, nobody can play :(

When playing local multiplayer, once player one's remote disconnects (timeout or battery dies), none of the other remotes can insert an input. Can be deadly in survival. I don't know if its only our xbox or other's too but it's really annoying. Edit : You can find a video of it happening on my xbox account to see what i'm talking about - Swagtonio
