Chains do not have unique sounds

Summary:
When I place or break a chain, the placing/breaking sound is the same as stone. Java Edition has unique placing/breaking sounds.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place and break a chain

Observed Results:
Chains have the same sounds as stone.

Expected Results:
Chains should have unique sounds like in Java Edition.
