Wither skulls fly forever

Same issues as MC-2364

Wither skulls shot horizonally by the wither keep flying indefinitely, can be seen after the wither is dead.  Loads at the edge of a rendered chunk and keeps flying until it hits something

This is not really a game-breaker, and is actually kinda funny.  Just thought I would report it under MCPE since it's not here yet.
