Invisible ender dragon

The ender dragon and the health bar is invisible. But the dragon makes sounds, hits me and destroys blocks.

 

I destroyed all crystals, hit the dragon a little bit with a sword and saved and exited the world. After reentering the world, the dragon was invisible

 

Exiting the game with the invisible dragon crashed the game.
