visual bug, cant see armour in inventory ui or f5

i crafted some iron armour, chestplate and leggings,put them on, left computer and came back 15 min later and it showed that i wasn't wearing them visually this later also happened with remaining armour pieces boots,and helmet.(still shows i have armour points though) armour cant be seen in inventory ui and f5 mode. i made more armour to see if it'll show up and it still didn't
