Can't Connect to my Friend's World and Vice versa

I used to be able to connect to my friend's world, but it hasn't worked for the past month. i tried turning off firewalls and unchecking internet protocol 6 momentarily to see if it works. Reinstalling, Check if multiplayer is on in xbox privacy, CheckNetIsolation LoopbackExempt -a -n="Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe" with powershell. I have a computer, she has an xbox. We have been able to connect up to 4 occasions without trouble until we couldn't anymore. I have tried at least every suggested solution on google search up to page 10. So if you need more information or elaboration on additional stuff I haven't included,  Just ask. I really have no idea what to do and we've been on and off hopping itll self resolve.
