Owned skin pack somehow isn't letting me equip the skin I want.

I have bought and now own the Star Wars Prequel Skin Pack, but somehow the skins aren't visible. There's nothing there. The skin pack is just completely empty. I want this fixed. Whats the point of having a skin pack if there's nothing in it.
