Light bug and sugarcane growth

Sugar cane takes longer than usual to grow, light sources are gone when coming out of nether so have to destroy and replace for them to work also when exiting and loading the world back up the map item name that it has disappears and is replaced with unknown which has to be fixed by holding the item in hand.
