Transferring data

Im trying to convert my xbox 360 worlds onto my xbox 1 minecraft. Can you resolve the issue as it is not working and i have spent days on these worlds just for them to get thrown away, can you either make a resolution for this or move all my xbox 360 worlds to xbox 1
