Bugs en realm

My realm has recently failed, some friends' chats I can't see, I can't see what they write but they can see everyone's, only I can't. When I enter worlds in the same way, the active realm appears but when there are people connected, the number of people within it does not appear, I do not know why, it becomes very annoying.
