Unusual game loading

I am using an iPhone 8 Plus. The problem that I am having on my Minecraft worlds is that every time  I try to go somewhere new, or that I have never loaded in or if I just decide to go somewhere the game stops loading and so I press the pause button and the game just shows a loading icon, and then I try to solve the problem by getting out of the game and reloading it and going into the same world but then the boat, or horse, or mine cart I was riding in is gone.
