Problem with joining friends world v1.14.60

We are trying and trying but we cannot join new created friends absoluty standard minecraft serwer there is nothing specjal at all we just want to play NEW MOJANG Minecraft togheter. While I trying to connect to serwer everything is going OK after long loading I see
