Can't buy or download anything from the store

I had uninstalled the beta and redownloaded it to go back to v1.14 but when I logged in it said something was wrong with my account so I reset my pc and I didn't see that warning anymore but when I tried to buy minecoins the purchase went through but I didn't get my coins and it said "Something Went Wrong"  it even says the same thing when I try to download something for free. It's connected under my microsoft name NightBlythe.
