When exiting realms you get stuck on “Generating World” screen

When you save and quit a realm you get stuck on the “Generating World” loading screen! I have not had this issue in the past but only recent with the 1.14.60 hot fix. You have to quit Minecraft and load it up back again for you to get back to the main screen.
