Slow Minecraft game that freezes

Game taking 10 minutes to load and then freezes 5 seconds after that, no matter how long I wait, I cannot get the game to unfreeze or work again. On one attempt, I managed to get onto my creative world but then it froze afterwards. I have restarted my PlayStation 4 but still it didn't work.
