SUPER SLOW Sensitivity When using Nintendo Switch Pro Controller on Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition

Maxing out in game sensitivity does nothing. It feels like there is a issue with dead zones, but I am unsure. I have seen other reports of this online, but no fixes.
