It forgets my customized character and just leaves a base Alex or Steve. I have to make it again if I want to use it.

I create a customized character in game and I can play just fine but next time I play the character will be replaced by Steve or Alex. It used to happen every once in a while but now happens every time. I must recreate the character every time if I want to use it.
