Players from other platforms cant join my worlds

Whenever i want to play with friends from other platforms, mostly playstation and switch, they'll get a message saying "Unable to connect to world" and I will have to exit then re-open the world for them to be able to join, and sometimes me or my friend will have to restart minecraft completely
