Fire Does Not Spread Nor Does It Burn Out Naturally

In my beta worlds for Minecraft Bedrock Beta 1.16.0.58 the fires that are started both naturally and by any player in the world does not spread on burnable blocks nor does it goes out overtime or when it is raining. Another issue I forgot to include in the video is gold ore not smelting in furnaces, but I believe people in the Bedrock community has addressed this issue already.
